1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of InnerStream, including mobile apps, landing pages, subscriptions, AI Credits, generated content, guided meditations, audio, visual sessions and related services. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

2. Wellness disclaimer

InnerStream provides content for relaxation, meditation, self-development, reflection, focus and personal wellness. The app does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or mental health condition. It does not replace professional medical advice, therapy, psychiatric care, emergency care or medication.

If you experience severe anxiety, depression, trauma symptoms, panic attacks, suicidal thoughts, self-harm thoughts or any emergency, contact a qualified professional or emergency services immediately.

3. Safe use

• Do not use InnerStream while driving, operating machinery or doing anything that requires full attention.
• Keep audio volume at a safe level.
• Stop using the app if a session makes you feel uncomfortable, dizzy, distressed or unsafe.
• Use headphones carefully, especially with binaural-style soundscapes.
• Do not rely on the app for emergency decisions or medical decisions.

4. Subscriptions and trials

InnerStream may offer auto-renewable subscriptions such as monthly or yearly Premium plans. Trials may be offered depending on platform, country, store account, selected product and current promotion. The exact price, trial duration, renewal terms and billing details are shown by Apple App Store or Google Play before purchase confirmation.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings before the renewal date. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

InnerStream cannot directly cancel your Apple or Google subscription from inside our systems. You must manage cancellation, refunds and billing issues through the store where the purchase was made.

5. Premium access

Premium may unlock additional guided meditations, longer sessions, advanced customization, premium flows, premium voice or sound features, and recurring AI Credits depending on the current app configuration. Premium features may change over time as the app evolves.

Premium access can be affected by store verification, account state, refunds, chargebacks, cancellation, expired subscriptions, network conditions or technical issues. If Premium access is missing after a valid purchase, use Restore Purchases in the app or contact support.

6. AI Credits

AI Credits are optional digital consumable credits used for generation features. They may be used for AI-generated affirmations, AI-generated voice meditation audio, or other generation features added later.

Credit costs may depend on the type of generation, voice quality, text length, selected settings and current app rules. Purchased credit packs and subscription-included credits are described in more detail on the AI Credits Policy.

7. AI-generated content

AI-generated affirmations and meditations are generated automatically based on your prompt and settings. The content may be imperfect, repetitive, inaccurate, emotionally unsuitable or not appropriate for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use generated content.

Do not enter illegal, harmful, abusive, private, medical, financial, legal or highly sensitive data into AI prompts. Generated content is for personal reflection and wellness only, not professional advice.

8. User content and prompts

You may enter text prompts, custom meditation text, affirmation text or other content into the app. You are responsible for the content you provide. You must not use the app to create illegal, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, threatening, self-harm encouraging or otherwise harmful content.

9. Intellectual property

InnerStream, its branding, design, app interface, original text, structure, graphics, audio-visual experience and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, scrape or use the app content to create a competing service without permission.

10. Third-party content and services

InnerStream may use third-party services for app infrastructure, cloud storage, analytics, AI generation, text-to-speech, app store billing and public-domain audiobook integrations. Third-party services may have their own terms and policies.

11. Refunds

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Refund requests are handled according to the policies of the store where the purchase was made. InnerStream does not control store refund decisions.

12. Availability and changes

We may change, update, remove or limit features, content, pricing, credit costs or subscription benefits over time. Some features require internet access and may be unavailable during outages, maintenance, store verification issues, cloud service problems or regional restrictions.

13. No guarantees

InnerStream is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the app will produce a specific emotional, mental, spiritual, financial, health or life outcome.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, emotional distress, personal decisions made based on generated content, or unavailable service.
