1. Who we are

InnerStream is an app that provides audio-visual wellness sessions, affirmations, guided meditations, binaural-style soundscapes, reading and audiobook experiences, AI-generated affirmations, and AI-generated voice meditation audio.

2. Information we may collect

Depending on how you use the app, InnerStream may process the following categories of information:

• Account and app identifiers: anonymous or authenticated Firebase user ID, app instance ID, device/app identifiers used for analytics, diagnostics and purchase state.
• Subscription and purchase status: Premium status, selected plan, trial status, subscription expiry, store product IDs, transaction identifiers, purchase verification results, credit balance and credit usage history.
• AI prompt data: text you enter when generating affirmations or voice meditations, selected language, voice quality, voice gender, speed, pitch and related generation settings.
• Generated content metadata: generated affirmation results, generated voice meditation job status, audio file references, generation cost in credits, creation time and technical job information.
• Usage analytics: events such as opening screens, starting sessions, completing sessions, reaching limits, opening paywalls, starting a purchase flow, using AI features and other app interaction events.
• Crash and diagnostic data: technical logs, errors, device type, operating system version, app version and performance information used to diagnose and improve the app.
• Local preferences: session settings, reading settings, favorite items, downloaded media status, affirmation display settings and other local app preferences.

3. AI features and generated content

When you use AI features, the text you enter may be sent to cloud services in order to generate affirmations or meditation-related content. Voice meditation generation may use cloud text-to-speech services to create audio from your text. Generated audio may be stored in cloud storage so that the app can play it back and avoid unnecessary repeated generation.

You should not enter sensitive personal data, medical records, passwords, payment card numbers, government IDs or private information that you do not want processed for generation.

4. Payments, subscriptions and AI Credits

Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. InnerStream does not collect or store your full payment card details. The app may store purchase-related information such as product ID, transaction ID, platform, subscription plan, expiry time, credits balance and credit grants in order to provide access, verify purchases, prevent duplicate credit grants and maintain account state.

AI Credits may be used for AI-powered features such as affirmation generation and voice meditation generation. Purchased AI Credits do not expire unless otherwise stated by the store or required by law. Credits included with subscriptions may renew or reset according to the subscription plan and app rules.

5. Services we use

InnerStream may use third-party infrastructure and platform services, including:

• Firebase Authentication for account/session identification.
• Firebase Firestore for app data, user state, subscription state, credit balance and generated content metadata.
• Firebase Storage for media files, generated voice audio and downloadable content.
• Firebase Cloud Functions for secure server-side purchase verification and AI/voice generation workflows.
• Firebase Analytics and diagnostics tools to understand app usage, improve performance and measure conversion events.
• Apple App Store and Google Play for purchases, subscriptions, trials and refunds.
• Cloud AI and text-to-speech services for generating affirmations and voice meditation audio.

6. How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide app functionality and personalized sessions.
• Generate affirmations and voice meditation audio requested by you.
• Maintain Premium access, subscription state and AI Credits balance.
• Verify purchases and prevent duplicate grants or abuse.
• Save generated audio and metadata for playback and caching.
• Improve app stability, design, content and conversion flow.
• Measure app performance, crashes, session completion and feature usage.
• Respond to support requests.
• Comply with applicable legal, platform and security requirements.

7. Local data and downloads

Some information may be stored locally on your device, including app settings, reading progress, downloaded books/audio, favorite items, session preferences and cached subscription status. Removing the app may remove local data from your device. Cloud data may remain associated with your account or anonymous app user ID unless deleted according to applicable policies and technical limitations.

8. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information to advertisers. Information may be processed by service providers that help operate the app, such as Firebase, cloud storage, analytics, AI generation, text-to-speech and app store billing systems. We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, to protect app security, or to investigate fraud or abuse.

9. Children

InnerStream is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us at mindflashapp@gmail.com.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect app data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your device and app store account secure.

11. Your choices

• You can stop using the app at any time.
• You can manage subscriptions through Apple App Store or Google Play.
• You can contact us for privacy-related questions.
• You can avoid entering sensitive data into AI prompts.
• You can delete the app to remove local data from your device.

12. International processing

App data may be processed in countries other than your own, depending on the infrastructure used by Firebase, cloud services, app store services and other providers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
