Subscriptions & AI Credits Policy

Premium and AI Credits are different. Premium unlocks access and advanced features. AI Credits are a consumable balance used for generation tasks such as AI affirmations and AI voice meditation audio.

1. What AI Credits are

AI Credits are optional consumable digital credits inside InnerStream. They are used for features that require cloud processing, including AI-generated affirmations and AI-generated voice meditation audio.

The credit system allows users to pay for generation only when they need it, while Premium remains the main subscription for unlocking the deeper app experience.

InnerStream may provide a first free AI affirmation try. After the free try is used, AI affirmation generation costs credits. The current app logic uses 1 credit per AI affirmation generation after the free try.

AI voice meditation generation depends on the amount of text and selected voice quality. The current app rate shown to users is:

Voice generation cost is calculated based on text length and rounded by character blocks. The app shows the cost before generation when applicable.

5. Free voice trial

InnerStream may allow a limited first voice generation trial for eligible users and eligible text length. Trial availability may depend on app rules, account state, platform and technical conditions.

InnerStream may offer credit packs such as:

Prices are shown inside Apple App Store or Google Play before purchase confirmation and may vary by country, currency, taxes and store rules.

7. Subscription-included credits

Premium subscriptions may include recurring AI Credits. Current app logic may grant credits such as monthly plan credits and yearly plan recurring credits, and may also include welcome bonuses. Exact grants can change over time and may vary by product, promotion, platform and account state.

Credits included with a subscription may renew, reset or be granted according to the plan rules. Purchased credit packs and subscription-included credits may be tracked together in your balance.

8. Purchased credits and expiration

Purchased AI Credits are intended to remain available unless consumed, refunded, reversed, removed due to fraud/abuse, or otherwise required by store policy or law. Subscription-included credits may follow subscription rules and may not behave the same way as purchased credit packs.

9. Refunds, reversals and abuse

If a purchase is refunded, reversed, charged back or found to be fraudulent, InnerStream may remove the related credits or access. If credits were already used, the account balance may be adjusted where technically possible.

10. Billing

All purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. InnerStream does not collect or store full payment card details. For refunds, billing issues or cancellation, use the store where the purchase was made.

11. Why credits exist

AI generation and voice synthesis are not the same as playing a local sound file. They require cloud processing, server infrastructure and storage. Credits make it possible to offer these features without forcing every user into unlimited generation or raising the subscription price for everyone.
