Premium is missing
Open the app and use Restore Purchases. Make sure you are using the same Apple ID or Google account that made the purchase.
For technical issues, Premium access, AI Credits, billing questions, privacy requests or general support, contact us by email.
Email us and include your platform, app version and a short description of the issue.

Wait a few minutes, reopen the app and check your account section. If the balance is still wrong, contact support with the purchase date and platform.
Check your internet connection and credit balance. If credits were charged but generation failed, contact support with the approximate time of the issue.
Restart the app, check your connection and try again. Generated audio may require cloud access or a completed download.
Subscriptions, trials and refunds are managed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
